The Many Ways I’ve Almost Died — Part Three

Just resting …

Here’s more of the many ways I’ve almost died:

This one’s about the stroke I had after my uterus tried to kill me.

Edited/reworked so it makes some kind of sense. 🙂

So my uterus tried to kill me. And that was really scary. I had uterine fibroids that bled so badly, I became severely anemic. So anemic, I was told not to do anything strenuous or get on a plane, because I could have a stroke. And the fibroids were so bad, my entire uterus had to come out.

And after that operation, I did have a stroke. That was a couple of months after. And I didn’t even know I was having a stroke. I was in this bathroom at Barnes & Noble. And the next thing I know, I’m slumped down in the stall and I’m thinking I’m just tired. You know, I’ll just sit here for a while until I can recover a little bit, and I’ll get up. But what I didn’t realize was that I had fallen because I had a stroke.

So I sat there for a while and somebody noticed me and called nine-one-one. And, uh, so that was bizarre because the medics came to get me and they had to crawl underneath the stall door to get to me. And then when they took me away, they said, it looks like you’ve had a stroke. And I’m like, no, no, I haven’t had a stroke. I want to go home. I don’t want to go to the hospital. It was very bizarre.

Hi there! :)

Hi, again! Quick wardrobe change. There are other times when I almost died that I can tell you about. Some that happened before my stroke, but I’ll talk about those later. Anyway, there’s going to be a brief break. So, I’ll be back with more. Assuming I don’t die before the next part! 🙂

And here’s the original video I made. Seven freaking years ago!
