My Book Review of ‘Friends Like These’ — Debbi Mack

Hi! Today I’m reviewing Friends Like These by Kimberly McCreight. A really, really excellent book. Just paced perfectly. It just goes at this wonderful clip. There all these twists and turns in the plot.

What you have are a group of people who get together at this house and something’s going on clearly from the start, and it just seems to build from there. And I gotta tell you, the end of this one just came at me fast and furious, <laugh>. It was, wow. It was like I didn’t wanna put it down. And so all I can say is this is really, truly a wonderful read for those who are into, like, groups of people who have some kind of horrible secret <laugh>. That kind of stuff. I love that kind of stuff. And things happen and they happen fast. And what an ending. That’s all I’ll say. Just kept me reading right up to the very end and it was just hard to put down. Unputdownable. Ah, it’s stuck to my hands! Yes. Anyway, I liked it and I’ll talk to you later. Thanks.
