Okay, here’s a (somewhat hilarious) summary of my reading plus an announcement.

Speaker 1 discusses a book they’ve read called “The Art of Non-Conformity”. The book encourages readers to think for themselves and not just follow the crowd, using the metaphor of jumping off a bridge because everyone else is doing it. The speaker emphasizes the importance of questioning expectations and obligations, and making deliberate choices to think differently. They also mention that their own books are available on Amazon for a limited time, but will be removed at the end of the year due to issues with Amazon’s distribution. Speaker 2 appears to be part of a different conversation, discussing being a free individual and not just a number.

OMFG! I can’t stop laughing.

Hi everyone. Well, today I’m going to read you a prologue from a book I just got out of the library called The Art of Non-Conformity, which sounds like a contradiction in terms until you read what’s in here. Prologue, sorry.

Prologue

When you were a kid and wanted to do something your parents or teachers didn’t like, you may have heard the question “If everyone else jumped off a bridge, would you?” The idea is that it’s not good to do something stupid, even if everyone else is doing it
