Back again with another installment of the tenth entry in the series of fourteen Boston Blackie movies made back in the day!
It’s Part Two of A Close Call for Boston Blackie.
So … since I’m out of “gift links” from The Washington Post, I thought I’d share this one.
It’s Time to Stop Living the American Scam.

PS: I just have to add this, in case you are a Post subscriber!

Believe me when I tell you this conversation never really happened.
Brown: So, have you been watching Barry?
Orange: Yeah. I like that show.
Brown: Me, too. But can you imagine having your TV show cancelled because of an algorithm?
Orange: Oh, as compared to, say, killing people for a living?
A silent beat later.
Brown: You think they’re suggesting an analogy?
Orange: Either that or a metaphor. Or an allegory. In any case, I’m trying not to think about it.
